Dylan is an accomplished creative property specialist, committed to world-class client representation and innovative property transactions. He has extensive experience in traditional and investment real estate and currently leads a team at SPACE | LPT Realty. Dylan serves his clients on the highest possible level while overseeing agent success, growth, training, and team management.
Starting as a sales agent at SPACE in 2019, he rapidly rose to prominence, earning recognition as a top performer in 2020 and 2021 and securing a Mentorship Certification from eXp Realty, a publicly traded worldwide brokerage, in 2020. He previously honed his skills at OfferPad, gaining insights into real estate investment and business operations. He also contributed as a top-producing agent at The Brokery, a luxury real estate brokerage, HomeSmart, My Home Group, and others.
Dylan is also passionate about community service, volunteering at the St. Vincent De Paul Kids Center and supporting Feed My Starving Children. Inspired by skateboarding, he's working on a non-profit called "Skate. Love. Found.," dedicated to providing underprivileged children with safe equipment and spaces for skateboarding. In his personal life, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Kennedy, and growing family including his young Daugher and Son, along with being a proud owner of three rescued canine companions.
